Grass fed Angus beef is healthier. Higher in Omega-3 fatty acids than meat from grain-fed cattle and naturally high in vitamin E an antioxidant that allows for longer shelf life and maintain it’s color longer. Vitamin E is also linked with lower risk of heart disease and cancer.
Our Angus beef is grown from start to finish in a program of rotational grazing that takes 18 to 24 months before the cattle are ready for harvest.
